Maven Wave has been recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For! Of the hundreds of nominations received, Maven Wave made the list of companies who are succeeding in today’s economy and demonstrating best practices in human resources.
The 2015 winners were assessed by an independent research firm that evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
“We are honored to be included as one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. This recognition comes at an exciting time for us, as we have recently completed an initiative to define our core values, ideals, and what we strive to achieve for our clients and community. This initiative has helped us to hire new talent that truly fit our culture and to cultivate an environment in which our people can prosper,” said Jeff Lee, Partner at Maven Wave.
This news follows the recent announcement that Maven Wave has landed the #6 spot on the Crain’s Chicago Business list of fastest growing companies in Chicago. This marks the second year in a row that we have made this exclusive list. The Fast Fifty businesses are ranked by five-year revenue growth and Maven Wave has grown 1,446% since 2009, helping us secure a top spot on the list.
To support this growth, we continue to focus on hiring the industry’s top talent and rewarding our employees. As a consulting firm, our people are our most valuable asset, so we continue to put a high priority on employee enrichment, development, and work-life balance.
“We are honored to recognize the efforts of this year’s Best and Brightest companies. These companies have created impressive organizational value and business results through their policies and best practices in human resource management. This award is a powerful recruitment tool in the drive to attract and retain exceptional employees in the Chicagoland area,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president.
