Maven Wave, an Atos company, is ranked on Built In’s 2021 Best Places To Work Awards list, named one of the “Best Midsize Companies to Work For” in Chicago. This recognition comes on the heels of a string of company culture-related awards in 2020, including Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces in Chicago™ 2020, Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2020, and Chicago Tribune’s Top Small Workplaces 2020. In total, Maven Wave has won dozens of awards for its company culture.
Built In determines winners for Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs. To reflect the attributes candidates are searching for on Built In today, this year’s program weighted certain criteria more heavily, such as remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In 2020, Maven Wave and Atos launched the IGNITE development program, providing recent college graduates with a clear, accelerated pathway to becoming a certified cloud professional Jointly run by Atos, Atos Syntel, and Maven Wave, who are a part of the same global IT services group, IGNITE offers entry-level STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors the opportunity for a 3-month training program resulting in Google Cloud certifications and a full-time position with the company.
