ELC Online develops and operates 300+ E-Commerce sites for brands such as Estée Lauder, M·A·C, Clinique, Origins, La Mer, Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, Bumble and several other brands.
ELC Online sites are operated on one global platform with five data centers around the world. ELC has mature internal capabilities and governance operating custom-developed global E-Commerce infrastructure. They needed a partner with expertise to leap forward with their data analytics capabilities.
Maven Wave has designed and developed up a global, secure, and scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to allow ELC Online to seamlessly connect to the most important customer communication channels. This environment is completely managed using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and has repeatable data pipelines for ELC to maximize their use of data analytics. The GCP products used in this solution are Cloud Composer, BigQuery, and Cloud Run.
Maven Wave has provided an infrastructure and built a data analytics platform on GCP to seamlessly connect to the most important customer communication channels (E-Commerce sites, Email/SMS, key words, social, affiliate marketers) so ELC Online brands can effectively serve customers in near real-time.
