Prior to Maven Wave, Farrar spent 7 years in technology investment banking. Mr. Farrar has completed merger and capital raising transactions in excess of $2 billion. Farrar served as President/COO of Xpedior Incorporated (NASDAQ: XPDR) a technology consultancy with over $200 million in revenues and 1600 consultants. Farrar also served as President and CEO of Metamor Technologies, a systems integration and software consulting firm with revenues in excess of $80 million. Farrar’s consulting work has achieved recognition by USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, CIO, and Wired magazine. Farrar is a published author with 6 books on technology related topics distributed in 6 languages worldwide.

Jason Lee is a partner and founder of the firm with over 20 years of experience in consulting and technology. Mr. Lee leads our Google practice and is deeply involved in the evangelization of cloud based technologies. Before launching Maven Wave, Lee served as AVP at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) the leading offshore IT and outsourcing firm where he led pioneering engagements in providing next generation global delivery. Lee was a founder and partner in Fathom Solutions, a leading strategy, business process, and IT services consultancy acquired by Cognizant in 2004 for its deep industry knowledge, quality clients, and unmatched service capability. Lee began his career at Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where he led network solution and internet architecture engagements.

Jeff Lee is a partner and founder of the firm with nearly 25 years of experience in consulting and technology. Prior to Maven Wave, Lee served as Managing Director at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) where he led engagements worth in excess of $150 million for this leading offshore IT and outsourcing firm. Before that, Lee founded and served as CEO of Fathom Solutions, a leading strategy, business process, and IT services consultancy acquired by Cognizant in 2004. Mr. Lee began his career at Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where he led large scale change programs at communications and financial services clients for this global business, IT, and outsourcing firm.
Partner, Applications & Data
Brad Foster is a Partner at Maven Wave where he is responsible for the application development, data analytics, and machine learning teams. His passion is working with clients and Maven Wave team members to develop innovative, but pragmatic technology solutions. Prior to Maven Wave, Mr. Foster was the first employee at the consulting firm, Fathom Solutions, where he helped rapidly grow the organization. Upon Fathom’s acquisition by Cognizant, Foster transitioned to growing and managing large offshore teams during the offshore boom. Mr. Foster started his career at Accenture where he was deep into application programming, database optimization, and ERP implementations.
Partner, Management Consulting
Phil Jennings is a Partner with nearly 20 years of IT consulting expertise helping companies innovate and transform via IT strategy and delivery. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for account leadership on a number of key accounts. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Jennings served as an Assistant Vice President at Cognizant where he was responsible for sales and delivery in large accounts. Jennings also served as a Senior Manager at Fathom Solutions when it was acquired by Cognizant in 2005 and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to starting his professional career, Phil received his Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Jason Ruge is a partner in the firm and leads Maven Wave’s business development, primarily selling Google-based cloud solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Maven Wave, Mr. Ruge served as an AVP at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) where he was responsible for outsourcing business development as well as client delivery. Ruge served as a Manager at Fathom Solutions when it was acquired by Cognizant in 2005. Mr. Ruge began his career in sales at LittelFuse, a leading distributor of semiconductors and electronic components.
Sumeet Singh is a Partner at Maven Wave with 18 years of experience in solution delivery and technology strategy. He is passionate about driving client success through technology innovation and delivery excellence. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Sumeet co-founded Triton-Tek, a Chicago and India-based provider of internet, mobility, and collaborative solutions, acquired by Maven Wave in 2011. Sumeet specializes in the disciplines of Global Delivery, Scaling Agile, Technology Patterns and Practices, Machine Learning and Google Cloud Platform. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Executive Vice President, India
Pankaj Bhadana is an Executive Vice President with 20 years experience driving transformations and delivery excellence within the IT & ITES industry. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for leading our India software development centers. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Pankaj served as a Divisional Vice President at Conduent Inc. where he was responsible for managed services and software development out of the India center of Conduent Legal & Compliance Solutions. He has also worked multiple roles with Hewitt Associates and started his career with Satyam Computer Services, now known as Tech Mahindra. Pankaj completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University and his post graduation in business from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Talent Acquisition Director
Amber Bouchard leads our North American Talent Acquisition. Preceding Maven Wave, Ms. Bouchard focused on hiring experienced professionals for the Information Technology department at Grosvenor Capital Management, and managed the campus recruitment program. Having begun her career at an executive search firm, she brings recruitment experience within Technology, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Operations. Ms. Bouchard has a passion for creating and implementing strategic and innovative practices to ensure we are recruiting, and retaining, the industry’s best talent.
Managing Director, Healthcare
With over 20 years of experience, Patrick’s career has been at the intersection of healthcare and consulting. He established an early foundation in consulting beginning with Ernst & Young followed by Cognizant Technologies. Patrick then spent the last decade working across the entire healthcare continuum. Most recently, Patrick was the Founder and President of Beatha Group, a management consulting firm assisting healthcare clients in the areas of strategy, operations and technology. Patrick now leads Maven Wave’s healthcare practice, helping healthcare and life sciences organizations transform patient and clinician experiences and advance medical innovation.
Managing Director, Financial Services
With over 15 years of solution delivery experience, Andrew Dunmore leads the financial services consulting practice at Maven Wave. Mr. Dunmore is one of Maven Wave’s thought leaders in capital markets innovation and delivery excellence. Prior to Maven Wave, Mr. Dunmore served as a Vice President at Bank of America in their global private equity investment office and an Assistant Vice President at LaSalle Bank in their credit derivatives servicing division.
Managing Director, Infrastructure
Jason Foa is a Managing Director at Maven Wave with 20 years of experience in management consulting, IT program management, corporate strategy, and corporate finance. His background is in helping clients evaluate technology solutions to business problems and evaluating the financial viability of potential options. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Jason worked in a variety of roles for Accenture, Fathom Solutions, and Cognizant. Jason specializes in the development of business cases and transition plans that help clients build the foundation for success in the cloud. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Chad Furlong leads our CloudCare client success team with nearly three decades of experience managing complex technology operations and leading digital transformation programs across diverse industries. Chad joined Maven Wave in 2017 with 9 years of CIO experience in the global retail and higher education sectors. Prior to his current role at Maven Wave, Chad managed a portfolio of enterprise clients primarily in the manufacturing space. Chad holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Director of Finance
Brian Gilmartin serves as the Director of Finance for Maven Wave. Mr. Gilmartin has over 20+ years experience in professional services, entrepreneurialism, and technology, most recently in the role of Vice President of Finance at Level 10, LLC. He began his career with Arthur Andersen before going on to Deloitte and True Partners Consulting LLC, where he was hired as the initial finance lead and built out the company’s domestic and international accounting and finance infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Gilmartin enjoys working with entrepreneurs at various incubators and universities to help them to remain focused on their primary objective: growing their businesses.
Heidi is Maven Wave’s in-house General Counsel. Before joining Maven Wave, Heidi worked with several large companies including Intel, Allstate, Accenture, Avon and Motorola Mobility, focusing on complex technology transactions. Prior to relocating back to Chicago in 2009, she served as outside general counsel to several technology start-ups in Silicon Valley handling a wide variety of commercial matters. Heidi has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
Managing Director, Channel Partnership
Blake has 20 years of experience in IT services consulting including managing the delivery of complex, global IT programs, leading account management for large, strategic accounts, and heading outside sales teams focused on new business development. As the Channel Partnerships lead, Blake is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Maven Wave’s indirect sales channels through tight coordination with Maven Wave, Google Cloud, and partner stakeholders in sales, marketing, account management, implementation, support, and services. Blake engages with each strategic partner to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans and support activities as well as ensuring effective growth strategies are in place for customers engaged through strategic partners.
Managing Director, Experience Design
Joel Osman leads Maven Wave’s Digital and User Experience team and brings over 25 years of technology consulting experience across a vast array of technologies and industry solutions. Early in his early career with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) Joel delivered mobile and web development projects and later led Accenture’s Mobile & User Experience consulting groups working with clients on Digital Strategy and User Experience (UX) projects. Just prior to Maven Wave, Joel helped start the KPMG Digital & Mobility Solutions group by helping acquire and integrate a Digital Strategy & Design firm and later led the KPMG Healthcare Digital practice. Joel attained an Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree in Interactive Marketing from The University of Chicago.
Managing Director, AI/Machine Learning
Brian Ray is a Managing Director and Data Science ML/AI Horizontal Practice Lead for Maven Wave Partners. Mr. Ray is heading the group’s mission of solving complex analytical problems for major businesses worldwide through the power of Data Science with enablement in the cloud. Prior to Maven Wave, Brian has 20 years of hands-on experience in Engineering around the Sciences. A big picture strategist, team builder, and influential top technologist, he has extensive expertise in agile delivery of Data Science — from ideation/discovery, feasibility, exploration, modeling, to engineering and architecture, to hands-on integration and deployment of best-in-class solutions.
Human Resources Manager
Leading the North American Human Resources practice, Amanda Tran is focused on enhancing the employee experience at Maven Wave. She is responsible for overseeing programs related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to Maven Wave, Amanda served as an HR Manager for Chubb North America and worked in Benefits Administration at AECOM.
Managing Director, Data Analytics
Todd Truesdell is a Managing Director with over 20 yrs of data and analytics leadership and technical experience. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for data and analytics strategy, solution definition, and delivery management. Prior to Maven Wave, he held leadership positions at Clarity Solutions, Pivotal Software, Knightsbridge, and PwC focused on value-driven data and analytics solutions. Todd has led and successfully delivered several large-scale, enterprise data and analytic solutions for a variety of clients. In addition to his consulting background, Todd has held data and analytic leadership positions for GE and GMAC.
Senior Marketing Director
Jessica Wesley serves as Senior Marketing Director for Maven Wave. Ms. Wesley brings a broad range of advertising, marketing, and social media experience. Wesley began her career at Euro RSCG as an Account Executive working on the Sprint account. In connection with receiving her masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, Ms. Wesley designed a social media marketing strategy for Motorola Solutions. Immediately prior to Maven Wave, Wesley spent 2 years at Morningstar where she was a Corporate Marketing Manager.
Managing Director, Enterprise Collaboration
Trevor Wilson is a Managing Director with Maven Wave Partners and brings over 12 years of operational experience to his role. He is currently responsible for solution delivery within the Google practice, which includes technical deployment, change management, sales engineering, and ongoing customer support. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Mr. Wilson spent 8 years with Trapeze Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), where he focused on project management and product management.
