John also spent time at Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ NSIT) as North America Services Sales Lead driving all services and solutions to Fortune 1,000 clients. He also served as Director of Sales at AT&T (NYSE T) leading teams supporting client digital transformation utilizing latest networking technologies.

Jason Foa
Jason Foa is a Partner at Maven Wave with 20 years of experience in management consulting, IT program management, corporate strategy, and corporate finance. His background is in helping clients evaluate technology solutions to business problems and evaluating the financial viability of potential options. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Jason worked in a variety of roles for Accenture, Fathom Solutions, and Cognizant. Jason specializes in the development of business cases and transition plans that help clients build the foundation for success in the cloud. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Phil Jennings
Phil Jennings is a Partner with nearly 20 years of IT consulting expertise helping companies innovate and transform via IT strategy and delivery. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for account leadership on a number of key accounts. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Jennings served as an Assistant Vice President at Cognizant where he was responsible for sales and delivery in large accounts. Jennings also served as a Senior Manager at Fathom Solutions when it was acquired by Cognizant in 2005 and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to starting his professional career, Phil received his Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Sumeet Singh is a Partner at Maven Wave with 18 years of experience in solution delivery and technology strategy. He is passionate about driving client success through technology innovation and delivery excellence. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Sumeet co-founded Triton-Tek, a Chicago and India-based provider of internet, mobility, and collaborative solutions, acquired by Maven Wave in 2011. Sumeet specializes in the disciplines of Global Delivery, Scaling Agile, Technology Patterns and Practices, Machine Learning and Google Cloud Platform. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Pankaj Bhadana
Pankaj Bhadana is an Executive Vice President with 20 years experience driving transformations and delivery excellence within the IT & ITES industry. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for leading our India software development centers. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Pankaj served as a Divisional Vice President at Conduent Inc. where he was responsible for managed services and software development out of the India center of Conduent Legal & Compliance Solutions. He has also worked multiple roles with Hewitt Associates and started his career with Satyam Computer Services, now known as Tech Mahindra. Pankaj completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University and his post graduation in business from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Brookley Calvin
Brookley Calvin is a Managing Director with Maven Wave Partners and brings over 14 years of consulting delivery and leadership experience. She is currently responsible for solution delivery within the Google Workspace practice, which includes program leadership, technical deployment, organizational change management, sales engineering, and ongoing customer support. Prior to joining Maven Wave, Brookley spent her career in a variety of professional services roles, with a particular focus on digital transformation and organizational change management. Brookley holds a degree in business and human resources management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Brian Gilmartin
Brian Gilmartin serves as the Director of Finance for Maven Wave. Mr. Gilmartin has over 20+ years experience in professional services, entrepreneurialism, and technology, most recently in the role of Vice President of Finance at Level 10, LLC. He began his career with Arthur Andersen before going on to Deloitte and True Partners Consulting LLC, where he was hired as the initial finance lead and built out the company’s domestic and international accounting and finance infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Gilmartin enjoys working with entrepreneurs at various incubators and universities to help them to remain focused on their primary objective: growing their businesses.

Joel Osman
Joel Osman leads Maven Wave’s Digital Experience & Design team and brings over 25 years of technology consulting experience across a vast array of technologies and industry solutions. Early in his early career with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) Joel delivered mobile and web development projects and later led Accenture’s Mobile & User Experience consulting groups working with clients on Digital Strategy and User Experience (UX) projects. Just prior to Maven Wave, Joel helped start the KPMG Digital & Mobility Solutions group by helping acquire and integrate a Digital Strategy & Design firm and later led the KPMG Healthcare Digital practice. Joel attained an Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree in Interactive Marketing from The University of Chicago.

Todd Truesdell is a Managing Director with over 20 yrs of data and analytics leadership and technical experience. At Maven Wave, he is responsible for data and analytics strategy, solution definition, and delivery management. Prior to Maven Wave, he held leadership positions at Clarity Solutions, Pivotal Software, Knightsbridge, and PwC focused on value-driven data and analytics solutions. Todd has led and successfully delivered several large-scale, enterprise data and analytic solutions for a variety of clients. My name is Gretchen Peters, and I am the Healthcare Practice Lead for Atos Maven Wave. Healthcare has been my passion for over 25 years; I hold a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. I have worked for companies across the healthcare ecosystem, including Walgreens and United health group. During my tenure at Walgreens, I held various positions responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, including domestic and international expansion, product development, and digital offerings and innovation. At OptumRx, a subsidiary of UHG, I served as Vice President, eCommerce and Vice President, Digital Solutions Group, owner of all company-wide digital assets. I was responsible for defining, articulating, and executing the vision and strategy behind OptumRx’s use of digital technology As the healthcare practice lead At Maven Wave; I am excited to bring that experience to bear by helping organizations understand how technology can help them transform the way they deliver care.
