AFN turned to Maven Wave for strategic project leadership to design a business intelligence solution and develop key performance metrics to enable decision making over a period of 6 months.
Our team first conducted a current state assessment of existing reports/metrics, the existing data architecture and analyzed the business needs for key performance indicators. Following the current state analysis, we identified the gaps and developed a business intelligence framework. We developed a roadmap to implement a short and long term business intelligence solution. To implement the roadmap, we adopted a phased approach and further simplified the solution implementation by developing a pilot output. Finally, we established an enterprise data governance structure to assure business information would be managed in a way that assured accuracy, timeliness and integrity.
Maven Wave team took the ownership to partner with the different business groups at AFN to analyze their business needs. We conducted white boarding sessions with management to design the look and feel for the reporting component. AFN leveraged an onshore / offshore model to build out the business intelligence solution to achieve the maximum ROI over a period of 6 months.
