Why do you think a Maven stands out in a crowd?
Their customer-centric attitude. A big focus of my role is customer satisfaction and I’m constantly impressed with how this attitude has been engrained across the organization. Everyone is more than ready to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.

What is a critical consideration for any given situation you encounter?
When approaching a problem or situation, the first step for me is to listen to what the customer is saying. I then digest that information and draw upon past knowledge or that of other resources at Maven Wave to present a solution that meets customer needs.
What do you look forward to most about your day-to-day?
Constantly learning, whether that be about new technologies or skills to better serve my customers. With such a great staff here at Maven Wave, I always have access to the resources I need to grow and develop my career.
