This past fall, Maven Wave’s 3 co-founders, Jeff Lee, Jason Lee, and Brian Farrar, sat down with JSA TV to discuss the fundamental contributions to Maven Wave’s 10 years of continued success and year-over-year growth. In the interviews, the founders paid tribute to their dedicated team that has propelled them past the competition and made their consulting business unique. Without a doubt, none of the massive success the company has experienced since its inception would be possible without the influence of the Mavens who truly bring that “x-factor” to the table.
Of those notable Mavens, Jessica Wesley, Senior Director of Marketing for Maven Wave, has been with the company for a while. Jessica joined Maven Wave back in 2013 when the company was experiencing its first wave of growth, no pun intended. The industry was noticing a huge inflection point across enterprises as cloud adoption became increasingly more popular. And for the Partners, the need for a strong marketing strategy to coincide with that turning point became increasingly evident. Since then, Jessica has grown Maven Wave’s marketing department from a team of one – herself – and an intern, to a talented group of five seasoned marketers and strategists. Now, throw in the team of marketers over at Google that Maven Wave works with on a consistent basis, and you have an army of professionals marking their stamp on the tech industry.
That’s why our friends over at JSA couldn’t resist the opportunity to sit down with Jessica to learn more about what drives the successful strategy behind Maven Wave’s increased brand exposure and how we find ourselves as a threat to the status quo consulting firms out there.
