Can you describe your role as an account manager?
As an Account Manager, I land and expand into accounts by selling new Maven Wave services as well as upgrades I focus on building and cultivating relationships with C-level contacts in my accounts and securing renewals.
What is your typical day at Maven Wave like?
On a daily basis, I build relationships within my accounts and I find new contacts that I can discuss Maven Wave services with. I provide value in each interaction I have with an account and explain how Maven Wave can make the clients work easier and more productive, ultimately to increase their company revenues.
What do you hope to accomplish in your role as an account manager?
I am working on crushing my goal and making our customers aware of our full services offering. I’d like to get my customers sticky with our products, so they see us as a partner in their digital transformation journey and not just a G Suite reseller.
What is the biggest challenge you face in your position?
I’d say the biggest challenge in my position is getting customers to transition customers from seeing us as a reseller and to viewing us as a trusted advisor. Every day I come in, I work on providing value to our customers so they see us as a company looking out for their best interests. I believe Maven Wave has the right people in place to accomplish this goal of mine.
What is your favorite part of working at Maven Wave?
The people! Everybody at Maven Wave is very helpful and knowledgeable, which makes work fun to come into every day.
