Brian Farrar – Partner and Founder
Brian Farrar has over 20 years of consulting, technology, and investment banking experience. Prior to Maven Wave Partners, Farrar spent 7 years in technology investment banking. Over the course of his career, Farrar has completed merger and capital raising transactions worth in excess of $2 billion. Farrar has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Xpedior Incorporated (NASDAQ: XPDR) a technology consultancy with over $200 million in revenues and 1600 employees serving global 1000 companies. Farrar also served as President and CEO of Metamor Technologies, a systems integration and software consulting firm with revenues in excess of $80 million. Farrar’s consulting work has achieved recognition by USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, CIO and Wired magazine. Farrar is a published author with 6 books on technology related topics distributed in 6 languages worldwide.

Jason Lee – Partner and Founder
Jason Lee has over 15 years of experience in consulting and technology. His experience includes work in a variety of industries and he has especially deep expertise in Cloud implementations. Before joining Maven Wave, Lee served as AVP at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) a leading, $2 billion offshore IT and outsourcing firm where he led pioneering engagements in providing next generation global delivery. Lee was a founder and partner in Fathom Solutions, a leading strategy, business process, and IT services consultancy acquired by Cognizant in 2004 for its deep industry knowledge, quality clients, and unmatched service capability. Lee began his career at Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where he led network solution and internet architecture engagements.

Prior to Maven Wave, Lee served as Managing Director at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) where he led engagements worth in excess of $150 million for this leading offshore IT and outsourcing firm with revenues in excess of $2 billion. Before that, Lee founded and served as CEO of Fathom Solutions, a leading strategy, business process, and IT services consultancy acquired by Cognizant in 2004. Lee began his career at Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where he led large scale change programs at communications and financial services clients for this global business, IT, and outsourcing firm.
