Phase One: Commit.

A structured and active roadmap for embracing the extended Google Apps platform capabilities (Sites, Video and Docs) needs to be undertaken which includes.

Phase Four: Solution. Expand the Google Apps platform efforts to large value-laden business challenges where the managed 100% web solutions can be fully embraced. Extend the Google Apps platform to integrate with other critical business systems to facilitate seamless data access and collaborative interaction across core business process. Leverage Google App Engine to build peripheral custom built applications to address unique or supporting automation to core systems.
